"Last post April 29th 2019"
Yes, I know. And I'm sorry. There's been a lot going on, I've been through a couple break-ups, questioning my gender identity and sexuality, and this whole COVID thing isn't helping.
But that's not the reason I've been ignoring this blog. I just forget things exist sometimes.
So then, what's going on?
Well, firstly, I've been getting into making music. I don't know the first ------- thing about it, but I've been recording a couple vocal covers, and I've got a bass guitar that I'm working on.
I've done covers of "Jasey Rae" by All Time Low, "Dial Tones" by As It Is, and "Feel Good Drag" by Anberlin as of today, and they're not really all that good. the microphone I used isn't good, so my voice comes out badly, but it's not just equipment, I just suck at singing. But I have passion, okay?
As for the bass guitar I'm working on, it's nearly finished. I made the headstock, painted it, and already applied some parts. Now all that's left is to re-solder the ground wire to the underside of the pickguard, screw the pickguard on, connect the neck to the body, and string it, and then I can finally learn how to play the damn thing.
I've made some pretty big breakthroughs in the world of art! I don't have any to show, but I have made incredible progress! Firstly, I don't have to do traditional art anymore - Thanks to the laws of Hand-Me-Downs, I got a damn good drawing tablet, the Parblo Coast10. I can actually do digital drawings with this damn thing, so I can make digital art for the first time in my life! Finally!
And I think that's about it for this update, but I'll try not to forget about this blog!
Oh, also, the art that I posted to Google+ is lost to time now. Sorry.
